Whether you memorized the Small Catechism as a confirmand many years ago or grew up with a different faith tradition and have never studied the Small Catechism, this is a great chance to explore the catechism and how it can fit in your daily life. Our resource, By Heart: Conversations with Martin Luther’s Small Catechism, a new 7-session church-wide study will help you explore Luther’s Small Catechism in a new way.

The book we will use, By Heart, is complete with annotations and commentary on the text of the Small Catechism with Biblical and historical context connecting you with Luther’s life, the church’s faith and our lives together today. This is also a great chance to meet other members and learn from and share with each other.

Small groups will meet days, nights, and weekends from October 1 through November 12, so pick a time that works best for you and join in the conversation.
