The Taliesin trip has been canceled. In its place the OWLs' June outing will be to the largest toy and auto museum in the midwest: Elmer’s Auto and Toy Museum in Fountain, WI. With hundreds of classic cars and trucks as well as pedal cars and thousands of antique toys, tools and dolls, Elmer’s Auto & Toy Museum is one of the largest museums of its kind in the country and a fantastic attraction. Elmer’s Museum is located on Eagle Bluff, which is the highest point along the Mississippi River. The view of the river valley is one of the best in the area! Come see the dolls and toys of your youth and cars you loved or maybe fell in love in. We will leave the church at 1 PM on Saturday June 20th. Cost of the museum is $7 for seniors. On the way back we pass by Brian and Mary Narveson’s house and will stop there for Ice Cream and a cool beverage (lemonade and ice tea). Thoroughly refreshed we will return to the church by 5 PM.
