Our prayers and sympathy to the family and friends of Gary Green, who passed away on Saturday, March 26.

In accordance with Gary’s wishes, two memorial services will be held so that people will not have to travel too far to attend. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, at First Lutheran Church, 420 Main St., in Onalaska. Visitation with the family will be from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Services in Racine, Wis., will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 2, at Holy Communion Lutheran Church, 2000 W. Sixth St. Visitation with the family will be from 9 a.m. until time of service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, any memorials offered will be used to purchase half mask respirators to help protect firefighters from harmful carcinogenic (cancer-causing) agents while investigating fires.

Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
