More details

  1. The driver will come to the door of your house or apartment. If you are in a wheel chair and need help moving the wheelchair from house to vehicle the driver will assist. Drivers will NOT transfer a person from a chair to a wheelchair. If you are in a limited access facility you will need to discuss with our ride coordinators how the driver gets in.

  2. Someone can ride along with you

  3. Riders need to be back home by 6:45pm at the latest. Vehicles providing rides have to be parked for the night by 7pm. So for those desiring to attending Wednesday worship, alternate transportation home will need to be arranged since local businesses that provide rides do not run after 7pm.

  4. If you attend an OWL’s evening outing and do not need a wheel chair, Brian Narveson will take you home after the outing. Having a walker is fine. Connect with Brian Narveson for more details: owls@firstlu.org.

  5. 8. FLC hopes to make this service as convenient as possible. You will be notified if something changes.
